No, we're not going to blind fold you & put a pillow case on your head and steal your wallet -- "double blind" is a tasting where you not only don't know what's in your glass, but you don't know the identities of any of the wines in the tasting (to prevent deductive guessing). This is a great way to evaluate wines, to test & sharpen your palate, and to expand your vocabulary of wine adjectives. We'll serve you five wines without telling you what they are. You'll have tasting cards to record your impressions of the wine and at the end of the tasting you'll receive the master list. If you correctly guess the regions & varietals of all five wines, we'll buy you a glass of your favorite! It's hard to acquire and open five distinctly different bottles of wine on your own, so take this unique opportunity to taste some new wines, test your palate, and sharpen your winespeek. $15/person
