San Diego Wine-The Wonderful World of White Wines!

As you all know, I am a serious white wine drinker. Apart from the fact that red wines make me sleepy, white wines are super for the dog-days of summer! That is why I have decided to share with some of my absolute favorites I have discovered in my travels through Germany, Italy, California and Oregon!

We will be exploring dry and off-dry German Rieslings (I will be pouring an 1989!), Italian Gavi di Gavi's (yumo!), Californian sparkling wines (Schramsberg, yippee!), Spanish Albarino, and chenin Blancs from their hometown in France. This will be a very lively and fresh class designed to unchain your palates and open your minds to the wonderful world of white wines! This class will for sure refresh and surprise you, even if you think you don't like whites, please come and explore with me. I guarantee you will love the wines I will be pouring!
