When you can prepare appetizers that will knock the socks off of your guests, there's no need for the rest of the courses. And who better to teach you the art of entertainment cooking than someone who has cooked for the entertainment queen herself - Ms. Martha Stewart.

Marcela Valladolid has been working her chef magic long before she was a finalist on Martha Stewart's Apprentice and guest on the Martha show.

She is a "Certified Cook" graduate from the LA Culinary Institute, and classical French pastry chef from the Ritz Escoffier Cooking School.  She has her own cooking show on the Discovery Channel and just inked a deal with Random House for a cookbook debuting in 2009.

Class takes place August 29th in our friend's home in 4S Ranch.  Marcela will be selecting dishes from her upcoming cookbook -- how cool is it that we will see it on bookshelves and have cooked the contents with the author herself?!
