G.M. “Pooch” Pucilowski is a dynamic and exciting speaker and his enthusiasm for wine is balanced by his 30+ years of teaching and educating both consumers and members of the trade. He has learned that most people perceived wine “as too complicated.” Pooch breaks down the “complications” of wine into easily understandable segments. He knows what is important and what is hype. Any “consumer” will get the facts they need to know to make an informed decision about how to taste wine and which wines to buy.

2. Questions and Answers. Everything you wanted to know about wine but couldn't remember the question. No worries! Pooch provides a complete list of 100+ questions that will get your group started. It's fun, entertaining and educational!
3. Three to Six-Course meals and the wines that will “marry.”
4. Using Jelly Belly's and Smelling Kits to help you taste wines better.
5. How to Sip, Sample, Savor, Swirl, Sniff, Slurp, Smell and Spit.
6. Wine Bottle Shapes and what they can tell you about how the wine will taste.
7. Tours and meals (via bus/limo) to California's Wine Country for the day, afternoon or the week.
