Fresh white corn, Anaheim chili, and crab cakes with a crab apple and red pear chutney

Second Course:

Sugar pie pumpkin and honeycomb soup

Served with 2005 Chardonnay, Santa Barbara

Third Course:

Charbroiled breast of duck finished with a sherry, currant, and

golden raisin sauce, with creamed pearl onions and spiced apple sauce

Served with 2005 Abundantly Rich Red, Mencarini Vineyards, Lodi

Fourth Course:

Venison steak served over a Kentucky bourbon demi-glace with Winter savory and mint cranberry sauce, and skillet sweet potatoes

Dessert:

Pumpkin Apple Cheese Cake
