Wine 101 & 102 Combo Class!

Back by popular demand!  Its our 4 hour 101 & 102 combo classes!  Each time we have ran these classes, they have sold out with a overrun waiting list. 

Each segment of the class is 2 hours long.  Join just the 101 class, for the entire day!

Wine 101:

Wine Tasting Basics:  Begins with sensory evaluation, how to properly taste wine, what aromas, flavors, and defects to look for. Discover how to properly serve & cellar wines, and how to order wine when you are out at a restaurant.  Learn how to taste wines just like the professionals in a fun and relaxed "wine snob free" enviornment, free from sales pressure to buy wine! 

Wine 102:

The Art of Pairing Wines with Cheeses & Chocolate:   Who doesn't love a great glass of wine with cheese, or better yet, a wine with some delectible chocolate?  This class is designed for you to take your skills acquired in the 101 class to a new level!  We will be tasting several cheeses & chocolates from all over the world, and pairing them up with delectible wines.  This one is guaranteed to please your palate!  Discover the art of preparing the perfect cheese plate for the next time you entertain! 

Your Instructor:

Sean Andrade, CS, WE has been traveling the world teaching his fresh new approach to wine, "Wine the way it should be, Snob Free".  We pride ourselves on providing a fun, relaxed, and educational envirornment in which to allow you to taste & learn.  All of our classes are "hands on" meaning that yes, you do get to enjoy the wine while learning! 

Fees:

Wine 101 Only;  $49.00 including admission and wine.

Wine 101 & 102 Combo:  $89.00 including admission, wine, cheeses, & chocolates

Class fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable, if you are unable to attend the class, you can send someone else 21 years of age or order in your place provided you notify our offices at least 24 hours before your class start time.
