Los Angeles Wine-Sake Dinner with Brewers at the Wine House!

Sake Dinner, Monday, September 8

Join us with this evening for a dinner paired with the artisanal sake from the Okayama and Yamagata regions of Japan. Attending brewers Mr. Niichiro Marumoto of the Marumoto Brewery, one of the few "estate breweries" of the prominent Chikurin (Bamboo Forest) brand, and Mr. Ariyoshi Kato of the Eiko Fuji (Glorious Mt. Fuji) Brewery, who is one of the leaders of the Japan's Jizake (microbreweries) movement, will be present to introduce their sake and answer your questions.

The range of topics will include history, brewing process, serving, and food pairings with American and Asian cuisine.

Food pairings tonight are by Chef Todd Barrie of Upstairs 2. Reservations must be made in advance.
