Robert Craig Wine Dinner

Passed Hors D'Oeuvers with 2006 Durell Vyd Chardonnay

Pan Seared Foie Gras with petite brioche and pineapple marmalade paired with 2005 Howell Mountain Zinfandel

Savory shellfish chowder with chevre dumplings and buttery citrus broth paired with 2005 Affinity

Pan seared New York Strip with tamarind molassesjus and pommes duchesse paired with 2005 Howell Mountain Cabernet and 2005 Mt. Veeder Cabernet

Grilled plum ice cream "sandwich"
