CELEBRATE HARVEST WEEK AT RIALTO CAFÉ

SPECIAL WINE DINNER WITH GUEST SPEAKER

BRIAN DUNCAN OF CHICAGO’S FAMED BIN 36

Denver, CO

What:

Harvest Dinner - Tired of the same old Happy Hour scene?  Want to try something new?  Rialto Cafe recently introduced a brand new Wine Club.  But, this is not your typical stuffy club.  This is a fun, casual and informative way to enjoy some unique and exotic wines paired with delicious Chef created specials.  And you may just learn a thing or two.  Our next event is a truly special, not-to-be missed Harvest Dinner with guest speaker Brian Duncan from Bin 36.  This special 5-course dinner, created by Rialto’s Executive Chef Brian Dorsey, will feature a spectrum of flavors that is sure to please any palate.

Brian Duncan:  With a philosophy that wine should be enjoyable and accessible, Duncan relies on tastings. Instead of asking lots of questions to guess what wines people enjoy, he’d rather bring a few bottles around and garner a guest’s direct reaction to different varietals.  Recently, Duncan has started to work with selected winemakers who share his exacting quality standards to create exceptional wines exclusively for BIN 36. "It’s a unique experience for our guests," he says. "It helps them understand that there are people behind the process, people who are out there with their hands in the soil. These winemakers have stories, and I like to bring that to the table."
