Want to learn the basics? This class will teach you what wine is, how it's made, and how to taste. It includes an aroma components exercise where you learn to pick out specific smells in wine prior to getting the "real" stuff. We'll taste 6 wines during the class. It's an educational yet unpretentious class that will make you more comfortable picking out wine in a store, from a restaurant or bringing a bottle to a friend's house. Includes a LIGHT snack at the beginning of class.
