Denver's own downtown winemaker D'vine Wines teams up with Colorado handmade chocolatier for this all-things-chocolate & wine class, hosted by local author and international speaker Julie Pech (The Chocolate Therapist). Start the evening sample chocolates from around the world while learning how chocolate is made from bean to bar, where cacao grows and how to eat chocolate properly. Next, you'll sample a collection of D'Vine's own wines made right there in the store (think blackberry Merlot, chocolate Port and more) and pair them with a variety of handmade Colorado chocolates infused with nuts, fruits, spices and essential oils designed to enhance the flavors in both.
